How to Order

1. Email us your Order Form in the format as given above.
2. A Confirmation Slip will be sent to your email upon receiving your Order Form. Payment is to be made to POSB Savings 187-13489-7 within 3 days of receipt of the Confirmation Slip.
3. After transferring, please email the reference number of the transaction to missyenchante@hotmail.com.
4. Orders that are not accompanied with prompt payments will be ignored.

Ordering Information

1. All prices stated are in SGD.
2. No amendments or cancellation of order(s) is allowed. Otherwise, cancellation fees of $2 apply, in addition to being blacklisted.
3. Doubts and enquiries are to clarified either via tagging at the enquiries tagboard, or to be emailed to missyenchante@hotmail.com. Missy Enchante will ensure answers to the best of our knowledge within 36 hours. Please do not spam emails or smses if you do not receive immediate responses.
4. Due to resolution and lightings differences, actual colours might differ.
5. Measurements are given to the best of our knowledge, do give space for + 2cm differences.
6. All products sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. All prices are strictly non-negotiable.
8. Swaps are not allowed.

Postage Information

1. Missy Enchante will not be held responsible for damages/defects on items once they are mailed. But Missy Enchante will inspect all items before sending out.
2. Missy Enchante will not be held responsible for any loss of, or damage of products through normal postage. Do opt for Registered Postage if you do not want to take the risk.
3. For instocks, mailing out of the products will be done within 2 working days after receiving your payment.
4. For preorders, status updates will be provided.
5. Missy Enchante will not tolerate any scoldings/vulgarities.

Payment Information

1. For instocks, payments via POSB bank transfers and meet-ups are accepted.
2. For preorders, the one and only acceptable payment method is via POSB bank transfers.
3. The only bank account Missy Enchante uses is: POSB Savings 187-13489-7.

Collection Information

1. Normal Postage is charged at $2 per item.
2. Registered Postage is charged at $3 per item.
(Recommended if you want to track your postage item)

3. Meet-ups are charged between $1-$4 to cover our Adult fares.
